What is the Experience:

The workshop starts with the Uma Gaia experience that is to take a moment to connect with the resonance of Winter. The importance of taking time to slow down, to reflect, to honour the within and interior self. To sit with your being and champion all the things you have created and conquered in the past seasons leading up to Winter. To take time with your being and look at all the areas that you are ready to have melt away, to shed to release and let go of to make room for more of what you truly want, need and desire. The Winter aligns with the water element, this is the time to build and strengthen your relationship with the fluidity and power of water.

Leila will then guide you through a mindful insight ceremony. Radiant Insight is a ritual for accessing the vital keys and codes for powerful, penetrating insight. Your wisdom is always right there with you – and this ritual, and the coaching offered at every step in the process, is a vehicle to re-awaken that wisdom so you can experience insight about your life, your relationships, and your self.

This ritual will re-connect you to the elements that underlie the world: air, fire, water, and earth, as well as time/space. Engaging your body through movement, your spirit through remembering your heart, your mind through guided visionary flight, and your creativity in the whole ritual. This is a journey to move from confusion to clarity, from fuzzy to sharp focus – and from ordinary thinking to wisdom mind. You will emerge from this ritual cocoon with ways to remember and keep working with your insight over time.

You will end this powerful workshop by taking a moment to rest with yourself and embody the gentleness and power of the Quartz crystal singing bowls with Uma Gaia. To allow yourself a moment to reflect, release and flow with a guided meditation. To be guided on a little voyage through Winter landscapes and to be empowered by the resonance of Winter itself.
