Our bodies hold profound wisdom that often gets drowned out by the noise of daily life. Mercury retrograde offers a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with our somatic experience—to feel, breathe, and truly listen.
Take this time to:
- Nurture yourself with compassion
- Rest when you’re tired
- Stretch mindfully
- Breathe deeply
- Move intuitively

- What decisions have you been avoiding?
- What are you holding onto that no longer serves you?
- What are you afraid to receive?
- How can you create space within yourself, letting go of overthinking, mental clutter, and unnecessary worry? – What do you choose to release and what do you choose to allow in today?
