Mercury Retrograde ~ Slow Down

We’re currently in the midst of Mercury retrograde (Nov 25 – Dec 16), and it’s not just an astrological phenomenon — it’s an invitation to slow down and tune into your body’s innate intelligence.

This is a powerful time to:

  • Release the pressure to constantly be “doing” and instead focus on “being”
  • Pause and listen to the subtle whispers of your physical sensations
  • Honour your body’s natural rhythms and need for rest
  • Practice gentle self-care and introspection

Our bodies hold profound wisdom that often gets drowned out by the noise of daily life. Mercury retrograde offers a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with our somatic experience—to feel, breathe, and truly listen.

Take this time to:

  • Nurture yourself with compassion
  • Rest when you’re tired
  • Stretch mindfully
  • Breathe deeply
  • Move intuitively

Journal on:

  • What decisions have you been avoiding? 
  • What are you holding onto that no longer serves you?
  • What are you afraid to receive? 
  • How can you create space within yourself, letting go of overthinking, mental clutter, and unnecessary worry? – What do you choose to release and what do you choose to allow in today?
