We are so happy to have plant powered body care brand: Legra, which is part of our Autumn Box! We have interviewed one of their lovely founders Cheryl.
Who are you, where are you from and where in the world are you now?
We are a family based natural body care brand based in the vibrant town of Leigh on Sea.
How often do you take some “me time” and how important it is for you?
Each morning starts with some “me time” to set up the day, even the simple process of putting on a pot of coffee and lighting a candle creates space between waking up and starting the day and allows me to ease into the morning.
What are your favourite wellbeing rituals to do at home?
The simple ritual of a bath at the end of a long day is the best! A long soak in bath salts and essential oils and of course washing the day away with one of our creamy bar soaps leaves me feeling calm. Using our Body Butter straight after a bath leaves my skin soft and glowing.
What are the benefits of your brand to a person’s wellbeing?
We create natural products using nourishing oils and butters with nothing added but essential oils to energise and rouse the senses.
One piece of advice to help reconnecting with our body?
Always listen to it, don’t fight it and learn to love a nap!
