Immunity Infusion

Between Christmas and the New Year’s Eve this is the perfect time to enjoy some self-care! Let’s help our body and boost our immune system this Winter with this immunity infusion recipe.


  • 20g of dried thyme
  • 20g of dried elderberry
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tablespoon of cloves
  • Recipe

    1. Crumble the cinnamon sticks.

    2. Add the plants and the spices into an opaque and hermetic box and close it.

    3. Shake the box.


    Add a teaspoon of the preparation in a mug with hot water (you can use a tea egg or filter the liquid after the infusion time.

    Let infuse during 7 to 10 minutes.

    You can drink 2 cups a day everyday during up to 3 weeks.

    Extra tip:

    To tone the organism and immunity even more, you can add 2 drops of tea tree essential oil in a spoon of honey and add it to your infusion.
